Business Plan Workshop, Manhattan GMAT Information Session

When: Saturday, March 8, 2008

The Mini MBA is a crash course in starting a business with a focus on how to write a business plan and raise money through venture capital. EP is also excited to host a new event this year: the Non-Profit Business Plan Workshop. This workshop will supplement the Mini MBA by offering guidance to specific non-profits. Following these presentations, a representative from GMAT will speak about the GMAT, provide free materials and answer any questions. Snacks will be served!

Last year's event was hosted by Naeem Zafar, a serial entrepreneur and Partner at Altair Ventures, a company that advises and invests in entrepreneurs and startups. Mr. Zafar also hosted a mixer for people interested in working or interning in Silicon Valley.

Following last year's Mini MBA, Andrew Yang, CEO of Manhattan GMAT, spoke for about 30 minutes about the GMAT and answered any questions. He also provided free GMAT materials.
