Jeff Stibel '99, CEO of Web.com
Jeff Stibel
is a serial entrepreneur and was recently named one of the youngest public company CEOs by Business Week. Stibel was
appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Web.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: WWWW) and a member of the Board of Directors in
August 2005. From 2000 to 2005, Stibel held executive positions, including General Manager and SVP, at United Online, Inc.
(NASDAQ: UNTD), a technology company that owns and operates branded ISPs and Web services (NetZero, Juno, and Classmates.com).
Prior to working for United Online, Stibel was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Simpli.com Inc., a search and marketing technology
company currently owned by ValueClick, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCLK). He currently serves on the board of directors for Autobytel (NASDAQ:
ABTL) and several private companies, including The Search Agency, Worldwide MediaWorks, ThinMail and Axon Sleep Research Labs.
He also serves on the Board of Brown University's Entrepreneurship Program and Tufts University's Gordon Center for Leadership.
Stibel received a master's degree from Brown University and studied business and brain science at MIT's Sloan School of Management
and at Brown University, where he was a Brain and Behavior Fellow.
Dave DeLuca '85, Managing Director, Lehman Brothers
Dave
DeLuca ’85 graduated from Brown University Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, and with Honors in Political Science. He received a MSc from the London School of Economics, and then graduated from Columbia
Law School in 1990.
DeLuca was a Senior Legislative Aide to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan from 1985-1986, overseeing civil rights, judicial
nominations, eructation and issues. He was an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Barlett
prior to becoming Associate/Vice President at Merrill Lynch from 1994-1999. DeLuca
has been a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers since 1999. He is one of 40 employees
honored with the First and Second Annual Chairman's Award for Outstanding Client Service (2005, 2006). DeLuca was also the
founder and former co-chair of the Equities Division Diversity Council.
